Shipping Information

There are several ways you can ship your order with us:

• FedEx
• UPS
• US Postal Service

 

                   

 

Each of these options will be quoted to you real-time during the checkout process. The shipping quote you receive will be based on the weight of the items in your shopping cart, and several different methods from each carrier will be presented (i.e. ground, second day air, next day air, etc).

FedEx Ground is normally the least expensive option, with shipping for a typical order (32oz bottle with a pumper - weighing in at 2.8 lbs) being between $7-$10 to a residential address. If you have your order delivered to a commercial address (by supplying a business name), this rate is normally $5 - $8 for same 2.8 lbs.

All orders placed online are processed same business day if placed before 12:00 Noon EST. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed within 12 hours and shipped next business day from our facility in Central New York State. Larger orders and case lots may be drop shipped from DWG International in Las Vegas, or from their warehouse in Michigan City Indiana.

Once your order has been processed, we'll send a order update via e-mail with shipping information, including the tracking number for your shipment.

DriWash Solutions can only ship to customers located in the US and Canada.

Returns and Exchanges

We guarantee that you will be happy with all of the DRI WASH 'n GUARD Products. If you're not happy, we will gladly make an exchange or refund on any products purchased through DriWashSolutions.com, with a valid receipt, within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Please note that shipping is not refundable.
